We are lucky to work with some of our customers most precious possessions. When an item carries sentimental value or are embedded into our daily life, like a watch or wedding ring, it's so important we give them the care they need.

Jewellery
Minor Repairs
Minor jewellery repairs can often be carried out in store, while you wait. Please bring in your item for more guidance.

The below is to be used as a guide. Each jewellery repair is different so prices and timescales may vary. Most repairs take between 2 to 3 weeks. If we aren't able to give a price, we will estimate the work which will take around 7 to 10 days.

We buy in gold, silver, platinum and palladium for scrap. Bring in all your unwanted or broken items for a quote. Prices vary daily and we need photographic ID with your address on it.

We offer the following engraving services on a variety of items. This can be an item bought from us or an item you have that you'd like engraved.
The method of engraving depends on the item and length of message, so bring it in or get in touch for some advice.

Valuation Services
We offer a range of valuations including insurance replacement, probate and family division issues. These are all valued on the premises by an Independent Registered Valuer. (NAG)

Piercings
With over 40 years of experience serving our local community, we pride ourselves on providing safe, professional ear and nose piercing in a friendly, relaxed environment you can trust.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes — we kindly ask that you book in advance so we can ensure one of our fully qualified piercers is available for you. Please let us know if you would like both lobes pierced at the same time.

How do I book?
The best way to book is to give us a call and our team will arrange a convenient time for you.

What piercing methods do you use?
We operate two trusted, hygienic piercing systems:

System 2000 – a spring-loaded system used for lobe piercings only

Inverness – a gentle, hand-pressured system suitable for lobes and cartilage
Where can be pierced?
We offer piercing for ear lobes, helix (cartilage), and nose.

What age do you pierce from?
We pierce from age 3 and above. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can give permission.

Pricing

Lobe piercings from £30 – includes your chosen studs, cleaning solution and full aftercare guide. We can pierce both ears at the same time for anyone feeling a little nervous.

Cartilage piercings from £30 – using a gentle hand-pressured instrument.

Nose piercings from £55 – using a hand-pressured instrument.
We are fully registered and approved under the Local Government Act 1982, so you can feel confident you’re in safe, experienced hands.
